Abstract
在多年冻土区,钻孔灌注桩作为关键基础设施的核心承载结构,长期服役于负温、高含冰量冻土等极端环境中,此类养护条件显著制约混凝土性能的发展与形成。为揭示高含冰量冻土养护环境对混凝土性能的劣化机制,本文通过在 - 3℃条件下设置 10%、55%、100% 三种含冰量梯度环境养护混凝土试样,结合宏-细-微观多尺度测试方法,系统探究含冰量与混凝土性能间的作用规律。结果表明:随养护环境含冰量的递增,混凝土体积膨胀率由0.6%升至5.43%,28天抗压强度由9.09 MPa降至4.01 MPa,表面粗糙度Sa值由1.5 μm增至5.53 μm;同时,孔隙率由1.85%升至3.42%,有害孔比例显著增加,微观结构裂化加剧。机理分析表明,高含冰量环境通过冻结–冻胀循环抑制水泥水化反应,减少C-S-H生成量,诱发孔隙扩展与界面过渡区裂化,进而导致混凝土宏观性能持续劣化。
