Abstract
针对我国逾10万座旧危桥梁加固需求,以及传统增大截面、粘贴钢板/碳纤维布等方法普遍存在的自重大、钢材锈蚀和延性不足等问题,本研究提出一种适用于装配化施工的GFRP筋-UHPC预制层加固技术。通过四点弯曲试验与精细化数值模拟,系统研究了该技术对受损T梁的加固性能。结果表明:采用预应力GFRP筋嵌入U形UHPC预制层,可显著减轻自重、提升耐久性并改善延性。加固梁的弯曲破坏过程呈现四阶段特征;相较于未加固梁,其开裂荷载、极限抗弯强度及刚度分别提升144%、185%和239%,抗裂性能亦优于非预应力加固梁。合理界面粗糙度下,高强砂浆连接即可确保界面性能,无需植筋。建立的考虑初始损伤的有限元模型精确模拟了加固梁的损伤演变与界面滑移(强度误差<3%),证实该技术能有效抑制损伤扩展并增强弯曲效应。基于试验与模拟结果推导的极限抗弯承载力计算公式(均值0.95,均方差0.012)具有较高精度和低离散性。该技术兼具轻质高强、耐久延性好及施工高效的优势,为旧危桥梁性能提升提供了有效解决方案。
